This is a Day 5x8-Hour shift, operating from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, Monday through Friday. No call required.
Job Description
The Occupational Therapist will work in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, providing high-quality therapy services to adult patients, including geriatrics. This role involves developing treatment plans, conducting patient evaluations, and implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize patient recovery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting using the EPIC system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- BLS certification must be in-hand at the time of submission.
- Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
