Registered Respiratory Therapist - ICU/ER/NICU

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist with experience in ICU, ER, and NICU settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to a diverse patient population, including adults and pediatric patients, with a focus on critical care and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in ICU, ER, Nursery, and Med Surge floors.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and participate in the neonatal resuscitation team.
• Treat pediatric patients requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation.
• Utilize equipment such as Drager V500, Hamilton T-1 ventilators, and neopuff.
• Document patient care and therapy interventions utilizing the EPIC documentation system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Hold certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in adult ICU and treating pediatric patients in the ER.
