Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with potential Saturday coverage once a month if available.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services. This position is vital for ensuring patients regain their optimal functional abilities in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy interventions focusing on improving patients' quality of life.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to multidisciplinary care plans.
Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies and care techniques.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Acute rehabilitation experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant experience considered.
