Job Description
We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technician with two or more years of recent experience in imaging. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing imaging procedures, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform X-ray procedures as directed by physicians.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and guidelines.
Required Experience / Certifications
- ARRT certification is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- Two years of recent X-ray experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Experience with Allscripts charting system is preferred.
- Knowledge of adult and pediatric imaging techniques.
