Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapist

This position operates on a 07:00-19:00 shift.

Job Description

We are dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced debilitating effects from severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to the individual needs of patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. We strive to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy interventions to aid recovery.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid and active licensure in relevant therapy discipline.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
