Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specialized in Behavioral Health to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with psychiatric conditions. This position will require strong assessment skills and the ability to effectively manage patient treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric nursing care to patients in the Behavioral Health Unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Engage with patients and families to promote mental wellness and education.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license in Tennessee.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Psychiatric nursing experience is required.
- 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
