Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) with full-time hours and weekend rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team for a night shift position. This role requires expertise in adult critical care and emergency department settings, with a focus on delivering high-quality respiratory care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients including assessment and management of airway patency and oxygenation.
• Administer treatments such as aerosol therapy and mechanical ventilation.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and respiratory parameters.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory care and procedures.
• Participate in emergency response situations requiring advanced respiratory skills.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred; 5 years for CRT.
• Valid Maryland or Compact respiratory therapy license required at the time of submission.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, RRT.
• Experience in adult critical care and emergency settings is essential.
