Job Description
The ICU/IMU Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a critical care environment. This role involves monitoring complex clinical conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in the ICU/IMU setting.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and document patient responses accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current PA or compact RN license.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
