Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient physical therapy team. The ideal candidate will work with a mixed patient population and will not be responsible for scheduling or insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 40-minute follow-ups with patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient evaluations
• Maintain productivity goal of 70% (approximately 2.7 units per hour, with evaluations weighted based on complexity)
• Utilize NetHealth/Redoc EMR for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with a supportive team of clinical professionals

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
