Registered Nurse - NICU Level III

This is a Night 3x12-hour position (19:00 - 07:00). Weekend shifts are required.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The position requires floating among multiple facilities based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for micro preemies and patients requiring high-frequency ventilation.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2 during shifts.
• Collaborate in couplet care practices.
• Utilize Epic for electronic charting.
• Participate in interdisciplinary support and care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2-3 years of RN experience with Level III NICU experience preferred.
• BLS and NRP certifications are required.
• Active RN license in New Jersey or a compact state license.
• Experience with micro preemies and high-frequency ventilation is mandatory.
