Echo Tech - 1st Floor Trauma Level

This is a 13-week contract position.

Dayshift with call, 07:00 - 17:00

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Echo Tech to provide care in a high-volume trauma level setting. The Echo Tech will work independently, performing a range of echocardiogram procedures, including pediatric echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), and carotid studies.

Responsibilities

Conduct echocardiogram procedures on patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality imaging and care.
Manage call requirements, including evening and weekend on-call duty as scheduled.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning for quality imaging.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech.
Required certifications: RDCS or RCS, BLS.
Demonstrated ability to perform pediatric Echos, TEE, and carotid procedures.
