Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Neuro/PCU Registered Nurse with experience in telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient's care in the Neuro/PCU unit effectively within a ratio of 1:4-5.
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize telemetry to monitor patients effectively.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Neuro/PCU.
- Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and telemetry competency required.
