Job Description

Join our dynamic rehabilitation services team, providing exceptional care to patients in both acute and outpatient settings. We are seeking a Physical Therapist who is skilled and experienced in outpatient and acute care modalities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on best practices.
• Utilize PT modalities, including pool therapy, balance assessments, and cardiovascular training.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals including PTAs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in EMR systems.
• Perform manual therapy, vestibular rehab, and balance training.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of North Carolina.
• Experience in both outpatient and acute care settings is essential.
• Preferred experience in orthopedic, sports medicine, spine care, manual therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation.
• Team-oriented and outgoing personality is vital for success in this role.
