Job Description
We are seeking a proficient Registered Nurse (RN) to work primarily on the 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit, with occasional floating between various Med-Surg units, including Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the Telemetry and Stepdown units.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and administer medications as required.
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown nursing experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Proficiency in Epic EMR (refresher classes not available).
