Full-time, Day Shift: 5x8 hours from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient setting. You will be responsible for evaluating and providing therapy interventions to patients with a variety of conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to promote recovery and maintain function.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and care strategies.
• Document patient progress using the facility's charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Kansas state license or compact license required.
• 2 years of experience preferred but will accept pending KS license.
• Certifications: BLS.
