Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Day shift, 3x12-hour schedule from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

Job Description

Seeking a qualified Emergency Department Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of recent experience in the Emergency Department and permanent position experience in the specialty applying for. Candidates must possess an active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license and be able to provide proof of AHA BLS/ACLS & PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous (IV) therapies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent Emergency Department experience.
• Permanent experience in specialty applying for is required.
• Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand at time of submission.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• TNCC certification is preferred.
• Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are mandatory for submission.
