Days: 8 hours, Monday-Friday - Variable shifts, 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. Our approach includes a combination of advanced hands-on techniques with patient education and individualized rehabilitative programs. As a Physical Therapist, you will be directly involved in the evaluation and treatment of patients with a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to orthopaedic and sports injuries, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neurological disorders, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and treatment plans for patients, utilizing manual techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Manage a typical patient load of 8 patients per day from Monday to Thursday, and 6 patients on Fridays.
• Incorporate patient education into treatment to enhance understanding of their conditions and improve outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team and support personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required).
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or compact status (Required).
• Minimum of 2 years of current physical therapy experience (Required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (Required).
• Experience working with PTA's and familiarity with CPSI EMR is preferred.
• Previous travel experience is strongly preferred.
