Physical Therapist - Outpatient

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

AM shifts available, 5 days a week with the option for 4x10 schedules.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient experience to provide exceptional care to adults and adolescents. The role involves managing a caseload of 50-55 visits per week utilizing NextGen software and focusing on case management and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor progress.
• Perform gross motor assessments and provide case management as necessary.
• Address a variety of orthopedic conditions including, but not limited to:
• Achilles Tendonitis
• ACL Tear
• Post-operative care for Back Pain, Rotator Cuff Repair, and Total Joint Replacement
• Management of Fractures/Stress Fractures and Herniated Discs
• Conditions such as Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Plantar Fasciitis, and SI Joint Dysfunction

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience and a valid Physical Therapist license required.

Dress Code

Business Casual attire is required.
