Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting. The role involves participating in diagnostic and interventional procedures, managing patient care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in circulating, sedation, and scrubbing, and will be familiar with both diagnostic and PCI procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist and manage patients during cardiac procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and administer sedation when necessary.
- Perform both diagnostic and interventional procedures such as Left and Right Heart Caths, PCIs, and more.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in necessary call rotations.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- 2 years of direct experience in a Cath Lab, preferably in a community hospital setting.
- Current RN licensure.
- Certifications: ARRT or RCIS required.
- Experience with advanced skills in IR, Specials, and Vascular procedures is preferred.
