Registered Nurse - Critical Care Unit

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on patient care and demonstrate the ability to manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting.
Monitor and manage patients with arterial lines, venous/arterial sheaths, and ventilated patients.
Administer cardiovascular and vasopressor drips according to established protocols.
Perform bedside central line placements and participate in massive transfusion protocols.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Utilize GE monitors and Alaris pumps effectively in patient management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must have at least 1 year of critical care experience.
Prior experience with Meditech documentation system is required.
Current ACLS certification is mandatory.
NIH certification is preferred.
