Schedule

This position follows a 5x8 schedule, operating Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.

Job Description

The Pelvic Health Specialist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with various conditions, including prenatal, postpartum, colorectal, gynecological oncology, pelvic pain, pelvic dysfunction, and urinary and fecal incontinence. This role requires developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans according to individual patient needs and goals. You will provide therapy services and ensure that patient programs facilitate a return to community activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop functional treatment plans.
• Document patient care clearly and efficiently while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Participate in education and training for students and other medical staff.
• Engage in continuous professional development through education and self-study.
• Ensure patient and employee safety by following established safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensure in good standing with applicable state practice regulations.
