Job Description

A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is needed to provide rehabilitation services to patients and assist in developing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role involves promoting patient wellness through therapeutic exercises, applications of modalities, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by a physical therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises to improve patients' physical function.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programs and rehabilitation processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Applicants must hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license and have relevant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation or therapy departments.
