Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) with chemotherapy certification. The ideal candidate must possess competence in administering chemotherapy and be committed to providing high-quality care to patients in an oncology setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and side effects
- Collaborate with the oncology team to create and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress and care accurately in medical records
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Chemotherapy certification is mandatory
- Previous experience in oncology nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
