ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Location

Reston, VA

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 19:00 - 07:00. Day/Night rotation with weekend time required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide critical care while demonstrating a commitment to quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit.
Monitor patients closely, assess needs, and implement nursing interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Administer medications and manage IV therapy as per protocols.
Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

2-3 years of ICU experience.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Preferred: Trauma ICU experience and TNCC certification.
