Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM. Flexibility of work hours may occur. Must be able to work Saturdays.
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide evaluations and treatments in various settings, including inpatient acute care, ICU, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and outpatient care. The role demands independence and a thorough approach to patient care for diverse diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct PT evaluations and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Manage patient mobility progression in inpatient settings, including ER, ICU, and Med/Surg.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of discharge planning processes.
- Provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with a full PT schedule of 5 to 15 patients daily.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Hawaii is required.
- Experience in acute care, ICU, SNF, and outpatient settings is preferred.
