Schedule
This position involves 10-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM. Weekend and weekday call is required, and an attempt will be made to block days together, though this is not guaranteed.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic healthcare environment. The RN will be responsible for administering medication, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care is delivered.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and maintain patient charts and records.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license with state license verification.
- Completion of the Centralus Core Competency Exam.
- Valid driver's license or state ID.
- Current certifications including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB test, Varicella, and Tdap.
- Completion of a physical/health statement.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
