MRI Technologist - Day Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3x12-Hour Day Shift (08:00 - 20:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our imaging team. This position involves performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures on patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and care during the imaging process.

Responsibilities

Perform MRI procedures as per protocols and patient requirements.
Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the MRI suite.
Work collaboratively with radiologists and medical staff to evaluate images and support diagnosis.
Document imaging procedures and maintain patient records accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current New Jersey MRI license.
ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) certifications.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience preferred.
Experience with Epic charting system is required.

Every 3rd weekend required.
