Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients across all age groups. This is a great opportunity for new graduates as well as experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions based on individual patient needs.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Document patient progress in the electronic health record (CERNER).
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Schedule

This position requires a day shift, covering hours from 08:00 to 18:00 with a guaranteed 32 hours per week, while also having opportunities for additional hours up to 40 per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active NJ PT State License is required.
• We welcome new graduates; however, experience in outpatient therapy is preferred.
