Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on effective therapy interventions and collaborative treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
- Conduct 12-14 patient visits per day, maintaining productivity expectations.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington State.
- Level 1 PTs: 0-3 years of relevant outpatient experience, or Level 2 PTs: greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
