Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN for an ICU Observation Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients. This position requires excellent clinical skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a commitment to the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct patient assessments and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience in critical care or intensive care nursing preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
