Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical experience to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess excellent patient care skills, and demonstrate proficiency in the Epic charting system.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical-surgical unit.
- Monitor telemetry patients in a centralized unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to isolation precautions and other safety protocols.
- Document all patient interactions and care in the Epic charting system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical experience.
- Must hold a BLS certification.
- Current Texas State or Compact RN license required.
- Recent Epic experience (within the last 6 months) is mandatory.
