Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients during labor, delivery, and recovery. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety and health of mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities

Manage labor and delivery patient care.
Monitor maternal and fetal health using appropriate equipment.
Administer medications such as Magnesium and Pitocin drips as per protocols.
Assist in various procedures including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and uterine tamponades.
Facilitate care in recovery bays for postpartum patients.
Ensure compliance with all policies and guidelines relevant to the unit.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

BLS Certification
NRP Certification
Intermittent EFM experience
Ability to circulate in Labor and Delivery OR preferred
