Schedule

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Flexible scheduling options available, including Monday to Friday (5 x 8) or (4 x 10), one Saturday per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our award-winning therapy team. The ideal candidate will work in a community-focused setting, providing one-on-one patient care that emphasizes education and rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in both inpatient rehab and acute care environments, working closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient function and independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Document patient progress using Meditech system.
• Maintain a flexible approach to patient care and adapt to changing needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Basic Occupational Therapy skills as an independent clinician.
• Inpatient rehab and acute care experience is a plus, but not required.
