Job Description

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services, ensuring the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assess patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic interventions to improve patient well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred; New graduates welcome.
