Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This state-of-the-art facility specializes in the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. The nurse will provide tailored, intense rehabilitation care to a diverse patient population, including those recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and more.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to patients in rehabilitation settings.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery goals.
Schedule
This position requires evening shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with an every-other-weekend commitment.
Location
This position is located in Lancaster, PA.
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute care is preferred.
