Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ARU (Acute Rehabilitation Unit) and outpatient settings, with a primary focus on providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Document patient care activities using the Meditech EHR system.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid PT license in Idaho.
BLS certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting.
