Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ARU (Acute Rehabilitation Unit) and outpatient settings, with a primary focus on providing high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care activities using the Meditech EHR system.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental practices.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid PT license in Idaho.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting.
