This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday with ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) Call approximately 10 to 12 days a month.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel RN for our Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Cath Lab procedures and a solid background in cardiovascular care. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Perform Cath Lab procedures including PCI, TAVR, PFO closures, and IABP/Impella management.
- Monitor patient condition and response during procedures.
- Collaborate with medical staff to plan and implement patient care strategies.
- Document patient data and interactions in the Meditech and MacLab systems.
- Participate in STEMI calls and respond as needed.
- Adhere to established protocols and safety standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- ACLS and BLS certification required.
- Experience in Cath Lab and familiarity with Structural Heart procedures, Impella, and IABP.
