Job Description
The OR Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room environment. The nurse will work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the safety and comfort of patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile field during surgical procedures.
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and preparations.
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OR Registered Nurse.
- Current ACLS and BCLS certifications required.
- Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System preferred.
- Must have a valid RN license in Michigan; pending licenses not accepted.
