Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for an Emergency Room position. The ideal candidate will have essential certifications and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The unit features a diverse array of patients and requires a strong commitment to quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in emergency settings.
- Perform clinical tasks such as splinting, EKGs, and trauma assists.
- Administer medication and monitor patient progress.
- Engage in behavioral health de-escalation and airway support.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS.
- Previous experience in an emergency department setting is preferred.
- Experience with Meditech and trauma care is a plus.
