Job Description

The Operating Room (OR) is a multi-specialty unit with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care during surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
Assist in the preparation of the operating room and ensure a sterile environment.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition during surgery.
Collaborate effectively with the surgical team, including anesthesia and surgical technologists.
Participate in post-operative care and patient education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting.
Experience in Orthopedics, General, Urology, GYN specialties required.
BSN preferred.
Ability to respond to emergent situations effectively.
On-call duties required, including weekly rotations and one weekend a month.
