Registered Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 20-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend required, with holiday shifts as scheduled.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse patient population, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Strong critical care skills and the ability to float within all care areas are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and management for patients across various age groups and conditions.
• Perform diagnostic tests and therapeutic interventions.
• Assist in high-risk deliveries and manage airway procedures.
• Monitor and interpret patient responses to respiratory interventions.
• Collaborate with the Rapid Response Team and interdisciplinary support staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care and respiratory therapy.
• Active CRT or RRT, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Must possess an active MD or Compact License at the time of submission.
• CPI certification is required for compliance.
