Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Long Term Care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and assess patient health and progress.
Implement nursing care plans based on patient needs.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must hold a valid RN license and have prior experience in long-term care nursing. BLS certification is preferred.
