Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM; 32 guaranteed hours per week. Weekend hours required: 2 Saturdays/month (8-hour shift).
Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist in Inpatient Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and regain their independence. Your expertise will support a diverse patient population, including individuals with neuro, transplant, orthopedic, cardiac, and debility diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions to assist patients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with team members to provide holistic patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes effectively within the electronic health record (EHR).
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Texas Occupational Therapy License
- BLS certification
- Flexible attitude to adapt to varying patient needs and care strategies
