Job Description
Join our team as a Physical Therapist in our inpatient rehabilitation unit, where you will provide highly specialized care to individuals recovering from injury or illness. You will work with a diverse patient population, focusing on neuro, orthopedic, and cardiac rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions to aid patient recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate point-of-care documentation.
- Guide and supervise therapy assistants and rehabilitation techs.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current PT licensure in the state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong time management and documentation skills.
- Experience with GG scoring preferred.
