Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN MedSurg for the night shift at our medical unit. The ideal candidate will possess substantial med/surg nursing experience in an acute care setting. Join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the medical unit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per established protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to appropriate staff.
- Participate in patient and family education regarding health care and treatment options.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must have previous med/surg nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Experience with EMR systems, particularly Meditech, is preferred.
- Willingness to float between medical units and provide med/surg hold nurse capabilities.
