Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation Center

Job Description

This is a night shift position for a skilled Registered Nurse in a Rehabilitation Center focusing on short-term rehab patients. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care and supervising the activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounding and assessments of patients in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.
• Administer medications and perform wound care as needed.
• Supervise and support CNAs in providing patient care.
• Manage care for patients receiving short-term rehabilitation.

Schedule

This is a night shift position from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with no on-call requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in rehabilitation or skilled nursing.
• Experience with medication administration and wound care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and supervise support staff.
• MUST be located more than 50 miles from the facility.
