Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all medical protocols are followed and that patients receive timely treatment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to emergency department patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform necessary emergency procedures, including but not limited to tPA administration, STEMI care, CPR, and laceration repairs.
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and rehabilitation plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, and TNCC certifications.
- Active RN licensure.
