Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our dynamic team. The position requires a variety of health-related credentials and competencies to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with essential health history documentation and testing.
- Maintain and verify credentials necessary for patient care and safety.
- Assist in drug screening and managing physical health statements.
- Participate in background checks and reference verification processes.
- Complete required training and competencies before commencing duties.

- License/Certificate Verification.
- MMR Vaccine.
- Fit Test certification.
- Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Influenza Vaccine.
- TB Test results.
- Driver's License/State ID.
- Varicella vaccination.
