Schedule

Monday - Friday, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (varies slightly on some days).

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation and pain management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions and progress treatment plans based on patient response.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting.
• SC or Multistate Compact PT License required.
• BLS certification is required.
