Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals undergoing rehabilitation for various severe injuries and illnesses. You will be responsible for delivering individualized therapy services aimed at maximizing patients' health, functionality, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient needs to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement and oversee therapy interventions in coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
- Engage patients in therapy activities to promote recovery and independence.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide guidance and education to patients and families regarding rehabilitation processes and resources.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must hold a valid Montana Occupational Therapist license.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Experience with diverse patient populations, particularly those with neurological, orthopedic, and trauma-related conditions.
